I recently purchased the Concept 2 rower and the seat is very hard so I immediately came onto Amazon to look for a seat cushion. There are only a couple of different options but based on the few good reviews on this product I figured is must help with the cushioning. I am very disappointed with what I received. It came in a large envelope in the mail and it's basically just a cut out piece of foam with some adhesive on the other side to stick it onto the rower seat. I have used it a couple of times now and it really does not provide any cushioning. Seeing as though my butt is still hurting throughout my 45 minute rowing session I would say this product is not doing it's job. I am going to look for something more effective, I unfortunately would not recommend this product.

Pad is extremely thin and has a glue layer, like an envelope sealer across the back. Not much padding. Won't hold up for very long. Save yourself the return postage cost and find something else that might work.

I was disappointed when I opened the envelope containing the "cushion." It looks much softer in the photo, but it's very thin and doesn't seem like it would be any more comfortable than the seat the rower came with. Last, I was scared to stick the adhesive on my new $1000 rower. I guess you get what you pay for, I would suggest paying a little more. I gave it two stars for cost and because it's not defective.
