The Atlantic E-216 Fluid Rower is the mid-range First Degree Fitness rower for residential or light commercial use. This revolutionary fluid rower utilizes nature’s most powerful resource, water. The Atlantic E-216 Fluid Rower uses First Degree Fitness’ patented Variable Fluid Resistance (VFR) to give 16 levels of water resistance. The gun metal grey heavy duty steel frame, the polycarbonate water tank made from the same material as jet airplane windshields and the Dyneema®, tougher than steel, cable make the Atlantic E-216 Fluid Rower one of the lowest maintenance rowers, water or air, on the market.
