This rowers the latest most advanced rower out there by far now not only adjustable by tank ,but also there is a separate unit
You can adjust this on the fly,much more natural than eventhe best magnetic rowers in the respect that with water rowers you have no lag at the beginning or end of stroke also the faster you drive the stroke the resistance is 8 x as much and will tire youinnotime.The,new electronics set is decent electronics not the best out there
But decent and folds into a two foot square in seconds...jKeeping things in perspective as a rower- Great Unit and will get you into shape
After my rotator surgery even the surgeon said it is a great full body workout.p.s not boring either and quiet, and built to last
And comfortable,
And no better buy out there for the money. Can be bought
For under $700 with free delivery, most companies will price match.
